Gorgeous Evening at San Diego Botanic Garden

Okay, the vote is in and the Gala in the Garden was the most beautiful event I have volunteered to photograph recently. There were several areas with food, drinks, music, amazing flower arrangements by Rene Van Rems  through out the gardens...each area prettier and more fun than the one before. As the sun set the event was bathed in golden light and there was a gloreous display of colors in the sky. Then at dusk the lights began to come on and candles were lit the scene changed into a wonderland. Wow!
Although at Luci Dumas Fine Photography I specialize in portraits of children, families, couples and graduates  I love to photograph events that support amazing non-prophet organizations as well as donate my "Buy It Now" portrait certificates.
